Abby Home Medical was wonderful to work with! I was traveling from out of state for surgery and needed a reclining lift chair to aid in my recovery. I called a month ahead of time and Dave helped me to choose the perfect chair tailored specifically for me. The chair was comfy, which was nice as it was my main place to sleep and recover for a full week. It made it easy for me to get up without needing assistance from others. Coming to SaltLake we did not have room for my rollator. I was so happy to find Abby Home Medical provided a rental service. I was able to get around to all the wedding festivities. Thank you for excellent service.
Everyone there were so kind and helpful. From start to finish their service was excellent. I rented a wheelchair for my mom who was visiting, it was suppose to be in May but health issues cancelled that one but they were so understanding. So I rented one recently and I got one size but it was had to get in & out of my small vehicle so I went in the next day and they exchanged it for a easier smaller version at no charge and no hassle. So happy with Abby Home Medical! Sara was professional, friendly and offered options that helped make our weekend visit a breeze! Family was running the Big Cottonwood Marathon and I was able to enjoy from the sidelines thanks to their mobility solutions!
Dave and Abbey Home Medical made BYU Education Week SO much easier for me! I rented a mobility scooter for the week, and Dave went above and beyond to make the whole experience convenient from beginning to end. To my surprise, he was able to arrange delivery right to BYU and pickup when I was finished. That meant I didn’t have to figure out how to transport a scooter myself—which was worth its weight in gold! He even coordinated the trip with another customer so we could share the delivery expense.
