I needed two wheelchairs the Friday after Thanksgiving. The store was closed but the owner responded to my text and was willing to come meet me at the store and open up just to help us. That is AMAZING service, so grateful, we will use Abby in the future for all our medical needs!
We have been to Abby Home Medical for multiple needs. They are very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Each time we have received excellent service! They went above and beyond to help us rent a power wheelchair quickly, when we unexpectedly needed it. We liked the power wheelchair so much we decided to purchase it. They are honest and have good prices. They also helped us replace a battery very quickly, for my dad's power wheelchair. Easy to communicate with the owners. I rented a wheelchair and it was great quality.
My wife and I were at Lake Powell on the houseboat when she walked into the open floor hatch hole and broke her leg. It was late Friday night before we got home and Saturday when we were in need of a mobility device. These guys came and opened their shop just to help us! We are grateful for their kind service!
Great place to work with. They dropped of the scooter at the hotel and picked it up. It made our trip so much easier. I would definitely use them again.
