RecommendedThis is a great place to live. The mgmt is helpful and friendly. Any maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and they are polite and professional. I had a private room, which I greatly appreciated, and the bedrooms are large for a college apt. The parking is ample for only have 7 apts in the complex. The only down sides are that you have to pay cash or check, laundry isn’t included in the rent, and it’s 3 blocks from the BYUI center. I have lived here for the past 2 semesters and have loved it! The management is super friendly and considerate and the whole building has a good vibe to it. I enjoy having my own bedroom with my own sink and vanity! We have TONS of space for storage! I will continue staying here likely til I graduate :)
