Doors were ordered in April 2021 were supposed to be in by November They brought the door January 24 and got fully paid. The installers said it was 1/2 to big they can’t install it took until August to get new frame they made the frame 2” to small so they had to stucco the return outside now it’s a tripping hazard for my 2 young children it took 2 extra days to finish the door the salesperson won’t answer my text the installers were very good but probably got screwed by Abby for all the extra work naples fl

Had issues with my finish on my foot and have tried for 2 years to get them to honor their warranty. Just got the run around n they stop responding. They don’t repair in winter so you have to wait till spring. The they told me my warranty didn’t start on delivery, it started on the day I ordered even tho it took months to get my doors. Don’t trust them.

Absolutely the worst run company I have ever encountered in the construction industry. Terrible communication, no regard for your inconveniences, cannot keep installation commitments - the list goes on and on. They took my money for a new door and windows a year ago and cannot get the right people to support the installation. Please review any other option before going with Abby.

Customer service is non-existent. My door was purchased in 2015 and I was satisfied with the product at that time. Now that the door sweeps have worn out I called the Abby to order new sweeps and I asked to speak with someone from the service department about installation. I was told that detailed instructions would be included with the sweeps. A few days later I received a shipment from Home Depot. Inside were off the shelf standard door sweeps, made by Stanley Door and very generic instructions that said the door may ... read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! I would've given 0 stars but the site allows 1 for least. They will not return calls, emails or text. I've tried in vain to contact them and 0 responses. Customer service is NON EXISTENT after they get paid. We have MANY issues with our new double doors and the installation of the double doors. The installers ruined our framing from the original doors and now we can't resell them. The installers were given EXPLICIT instruction to remove the doors in their entirety and they didn't do tha... read more

We ordered an iron door w/sidelites for $8230. I was very clear about measurements, giving exact height and width of rough opening (taken by a professional from Lowe’s and myself while speaking with Abby). I expressed my concern about the height of the door and having enough room to open clearly over my wood floors. I spoke with upper management/owner and followed their advisement on which size to order, going against my own thought. Unfortunately, when we received the door, it was too tall (1” the exact amount I expressed ... read more

Doors beautiful - customer service stinks and non-responsive. They only want your order and your money. Do not care after that. Glad I inky lost $3000 on this deal because I was ordering a single door. Do not buy or you will regret.
