I visited there couple weeks ago and had asked for my ingrown to be removed… The girl didn’t know what she was doing I got an infection and had to go to the er and get it surgically removed since they took off too much nail but not the right part.

They only have one artist, He literally had to do my pedicure and nails. The woman there is Abby and she doesn’t know how to do much of anything but I guess cut hair. I told the man I wanted French tip nails and he didn’t know what that was. I asked the man if these nails were going to last and he said “be careful, if they break before a week you come here and get done for free” they lasted about 3 days before one broke. I went in to get my hair done color with highlights. The lady took my appt even though there was an issue with their water in the back . She went ahead and did my hair knowing that she could not wash my hair in the back . She did a very poor job . I had to sit down and bent over on the chair that they used to wash people feet when doing a pedicure. Water was splashing everywhere and then she rushed me to leave without blow drying my hair .
