Incompetent management. The “managers” are unprofessional and like most rental communities in Kinston they should be sued for racketeering. They make their money by charging the public, non-refundable application fees just to get an appointment and while knowing very well they don't have availability. This is not ethical behavior for a housing provider for vulnerable populations like the disabled and seniors.
This seems like one of the nicer properties in Kinston . It's well maintained and reasonable. Sometimes it seems like policy overrides safety and the company has violations under the ADA . Considering it's senior community this is a problem. The staff will attempt to bully ppl around with unfounded rules. I think if you watch your loved ones it's the best option I've seen. Them saying the are a EHO compliant is highly questionable. They can be good to contact, and are iffy on information. Overall I'd recommend looking. 28376... read more
