A family member lived here years ago. The apartments and community are decent which is where the stars begin and end. Unfortunately, the management and their onsite support is sketchy at best. I agree with previous reviews that it is worth a tour, especially if the senior resident will be monitored by family from beginning (i.e., when a relative moves in make sure all appliances are actually in working order). Incompetent management. The “managers” are unprofessional and like most rental communities in Kinston they should be sued for racketeering. They make their money by charging the public, non-refundable application fees just to get an appointment and while knowing very well they don't have availability. This is not ethical behavior for a housing provider for vulnerable populations like the disabled and seniors.

This seems like one of the nicer properties in Kinston . It's well maintained and reasonable. Sometimes it seems like policy overrides safety and the company has violations under the ADA . Considering it's senior community this is a problem. The staff will attempt to bully ppl around with unfounded rules. I think if you watch your loved ones it's the best option I've seen.
