I rented the unit online , then confirmed via phone. I rented unit on 5th of the month, when I went to move in, I was unable due to lock being on unit that I did not have access to bc code given didn’t work. The 2nd time I went they assured me code was correct, however lock was broken , missing the front latch, so I could not access . It took me 4 visits and 10 days after payment to access unit! It’s a no frills or ‘frigerated storage but you can’t beat the price. Satisfied although my hope is to get my stuff out of the three storage units I have left after 25 years by October 2026 🤩 Thank You Abbott and Wise 👏🫡🇺🇸
