RecommendedGreat food great price loved the water views
I had high hopes after seeing Abbott’s on many top ten Lobster Roll review list in CT. I had the NE clam chowder which was very watery and we did not enjoy the flavor. The famous lobster roll, served on a sesame burger bun, was not flavorful (not enough butter) and lobster was very chewy. Very disappointed given the great reviews.

RecommendedAmazing food and views, Connecticut at its best and a beautiful end to summer season. You cannot beat this location or the food. Thanks to COVID the lines were manageable and seating with BYOB can’t be beat.
Don’t serve lobster rolls on a hamburger roll Don’t serve your customers their food in steps - my order was given to me -1st Soda and chowder - 30 minutes later came my lobster roll and steamers Clam chowder was more like potato chowder Could not understand thhe Girl calling the numbers for good pick up Just a bad experience - won’t go their again - they are living off there reputation which i don’t understand since they were never that good To many good lobster places better than Abbott’s
