Honestly, I’ve been here three times since it opened. The staff is so friendly and so patient when helping with decisions or samples. My favorite flavor so far has been orange pineapple! We will definitely be returning!
I went today and got a chocolate almond waffle cone and my husband got a chocolate milkshake. Both of them were delicious!! I highly recommend it. So glad it opened so close to me. A+!!!
The customer service is absolutely awesome. From the minute you walk in they welcome you and when you leave a fond farewell. They have great customer service and the custard is out of this world. There is a chalkboard for kids draw on. The place was very clean and organized.My kids love it and so did I. I highly recommend this place!
We went there late Sunday night & was surprised they were still open & full of energy! The atmosphere was very inviting and the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The custard was delicious; we will be visiting again and again and... Nice job Abbott’s with the custard and training your staff. Thanks for coming to Hamlin!
Absolutely love Abbott’s! Custard is delicious and I love all the variety of items. There’s so many things to try! Service is great and the owners are wonderful. Already excited to go back.
