They were prompt and professional in explaining the process and the crew sent to our home was knowledgeable, personable, thorough, and came even though it was late at night when we discovered the problem, stayed late, and were then back early the next day. I highly recommend Belaquis (the on-site team leader) and Abbott.

I had a house fire from faulty electrical fuse box. I woke up at 2am and my house was on fire. Alex from Abbotts came right away and took care of everything in a professional efficient manner. I was going through shock and he talked me through everything in terms I could understand. He has been helping me with every facet of this tragedy.
