I hired Abbott's Catering to provide a number of meals for a 2-day conference recently. I was profoundly disappointed. We were going to have a pig roast for the banquet but was notified a few days before that 'the last pig had been sold' so just pork parts would be available.' I thought that would be okay but it turns out that meat was all cooked off-site and warmed up on their portable grill about 40 minutes before service.
