Just got my dress this weekend and it was the BEST experience. Brooke was so helpful and made the whole process feel simple! Abbott’s was the first and only place I went and i’m so glad. The private rooms are perfect and make it such a personal experience, everything is just about you!
Danielle was extremely helpful when I came in looking for a wedding dress. She listened to what I liked and didn't like, and ended up pulling the perfect dress for me. I could not be happier with my decision to come here for my dress—they have a selection that's unmatched in Northeast Ohio, and something for every style. I also spent less than I was expecting to—all around a win. Go here for your wedding dress, you won't regret it!
Went to Abbot's this week and met a very nice lady named Susie, she was so helpful and accommodating to everyone in my party. I now have ordered the perfect dress and it will be customized to exact specs and I couldn't be happier. I went to several other dress shops that pressured me or were very unhelpful. I was so very pleased and I know on my big day I will look phenomenal thanks to all the hard work at Abbot's!
Today I got my dream dress at Abbott’s and I couldn’t be happier. I came by myself both times and Susie made sure I felt special and gave me honest opinions that I needed when trying on dresses. Katie at Abbott's was amazing! She made me feel super comfortable and was so helpful in helping me find the perfect dress while sticking within my budget. I've never felt so welcomed somewhere, before.
Katie was amazing & my my dress try on session a breeze. I really had no clue what I wanted but she helped me find the perfect dress & made sure to stay within my budget. I would recommend them for any bridal needs.
Our experience with Abby was wonderful! She was exceptionally patient, kind, and attentive to the details and styles I was looking for. We found an incredible dress in the sale section, and I think Abby was just as excited for me as my family was! I don't make decisions easily, but Abby gave me time to think and come to a no-pressure decision. So happy it was a YES! We are so grateful for the amazing find and the genuinely great help from Abby! Would definitely recommend Abbott's to those looking in this area :)
