Went in there Saturday and met with Jessy. Her and I had been communicating back and forth for a few weeks about what kind of gown I was looking for and our theme for the wedding. Let me just say this... she hit the nail on the head! I tried on about 12-15 gowns and the FIRST one I tried on was the winner!! Abbott’s has a huge variety of dresses! The best part of the whole experience was Abby who helped me! From calling in to make my appointment, to fitting the dresses on me perfectly, to then helping me pick the dress, she was beyond amazing! She was more like family than an employee and she really cared! My whole experience was better than I could have ever imagined! I can’t wait to go back and pick my dress up! So so soooo happy!
I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Abbott’s! Danielle helped us and she was extremely attentive. She only showed us dresses within our price range so we didn’t fall in love with anything we couldn’t afford. She also helped me try on all of the dresses and she gave us 100% of her attention. We had our own private room to try on the dresses and we were offered beverages. I highly recommend every bride to go here!
I found my dream dress at Abbott’s! Danielle was so patient and helpful. When things didn’t go as planned she still made sure that I was happy and that I was getting the dress that I wanted.
I worked with Danielle and she was absolutely amazing! She knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me pick my dress! She was very accommodating and made sure my mother and I were taken care of from the moment we stepped into the store to the time we walked out. I would recommend Abbott’s to anyone looking for high quality dresses with high quality customer service.
Okay so I normal don’t leave posts but I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about this place!! I was having an awful time finding a dress and it didn’t help that the places I went I had an awful experience at... I came to Abbots and was treated like a bride to be !! Susie was SO AMAZING !! I would recommend her in a heart beat !!!
I purchased a gown and then moved out of state. I called in to pay the remaining balance and they said they would hold it in storage. I asked if I picked it up would I be able to bring it back when it was time to have it fitted since I also prepaid for that service and they said no So I opted to leave it there until I was ready. I would call ever so often to check on my gown and they eventually emailed my receipt and asked me about picking it up.
