We are new to the area and wanted to get someone nearby to do our taxes. When we called a man answered and I asked what they charged. He stated that they do not have a set fee and that he would need to see what we have before quoting a price, then he cut me off and started to hang up but paused when I asked if he was blowing me off to say "yes I guess so" at which point I returned the favor and hung up. I would post the recording (40 seconds total) and you could judge for yourself after listening. Rude and unprofessional.
