I contacted Abbott Roofing after getting ghosted by another company who said they would call me to schedule a time and never followed through. Sam and his team contacted me, did an inspection, and had my roof repaired within 48 hours. I was blown away by their responsiveness and professionalism. Sam took pictures and explained to me what the problems were and how they would be fixed. Will definitely be using them again should the need arise.

Tim is a pleasant, respectful professional who was taught to do things right from the beginning. A rarity these days. He repaired shingles that were coming up on a year old roof and explained why they were coming up. He did not speak badly of the roofers that did the job, just explained the problem. Tim may not make a fortune repairing and putting new roofs on, but I don’t think that is what motivates him. He enjoys helping people. Matter of fact he comes from a long line of firefighters.
