Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience. After having our things in there for a couple months, we were sadly disappointed and disgusted when we opened the door to get our things out. There was rat/mice droppings and urine all over our furniture. We had to throw out some pieces of furniture. I did ask for some sort of compensation, and the owner was unwilling.
