Horrible communication skills from this team, & they don’t care about responding. My elderly GRANDMOTHER was working with the two main realtors here & they decided to just blow her off despite her calling and leaving messages several times. When she finally made contact with them, the pathetic excuse she was given was along the lines of “oh they didn’t accept the offer so he just figured he wouldn’t bother calling you back”. Alfonso was very helpful in providing information on a property they have listed. However, I am still waiting for some additional info that we requested.
Not surprised the new house off Washington hasn’t sold. I called to see it, after it was completed. I am a qualified buyer ready to buy and they never called back to show.
