Dawn -Abbott’s manager took $105 off my $300 deposit after cleaning the apartment spotless. Dawn stated a cleaning company charged $35 for 3 hours . There was nothing left to clean let alone having someone clean for 3 hours? Dawn seems to take advantage of tenants moving out and charging astronomical fees . Not sure how she can sleep at night. If anyone decides to rent from Abbott please be aware you will not get a fair amount of your deposit back . Sad.
landlord is terrible and the triple their checkout charges.. worse than goldmark
