Favorite We have visited this urgent care................many times-lol- with 2 little boys. Of course children always get sick on a weekend! The wait times have always been reasonable-less than half an hour- but to me that is very good considering you don't have an appointment. The nurses have been gentle and pleasant. The doctors have always been very helpful, diagnosing and treating ailments quickly. Great reporte with children and comforting to parents. We have been extremely happy with the care received here.
Great This is a Neccesity for parents. An urgent care that is fast, efficent, and good with kids. Kids always get sick after hours-lol- so it's important to have a backup. We have always gotten in with very little waiting and the nurses bring you through the process with care. The doctor always seems to be there quickly- not leaving you waiting in the exam room forever! The building staff is even wonderful! Great for Standard Medical Treatment We have visited Westhealth Urget Care about 10 times, most to check ears or throat for the standard infection. When we've visited, we've waited, at the most, 30 minutes which was fair for busy, winter cold and flu season. While the doctors ask all the right, standard questions, I don't feel that the care that my family received would have caught something more severe than the standard ear infection or strep throat.
