Where do I begin to Thank Jake the front desk staff from..it's was such a horrible experience until he stepped in And saved the day. HE DEFINED WHAT IT MEANS TO HAVE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMRR SERVICES AND WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE WHEN SOMEONE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND. There was a multi city power outage for almost 12hrs and my mom's urgent long-awaited 90 MIN MRI was accidentally rescheduled. At the first point of my interaction with this office, Jake at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure that my imaging happened timely despite challenges with care/system coordination. He worked with team members in the office and outside the office to make sure that I received the services that I needed.
