I have rented a storage space for my personal items here. I want to share my experience with the Mosby Chantilly location. I found a great deal for the unit size I needed. I purchased it online but unfortunately the e deal didn’t get applied and I was not provided the discount. The manager Christene is very helpful and support. Upon understanding my situation, she immediately updated my reservation to apply the discounts and got necessary approvals in no time! Highly recommend Christene and the location!
I rent a storage unit at Self Storage Plus – Douglas Ct, and this was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with any business. When I arrived, the unit was completely inaccessible because the snow covered the gate and the entire surrounding area. Nothing appeared to be cleared.
