Clean units & great customer service
I am very disappointed with the premises of this storage facility. The area is not locked from public transit; the storage space itself is not climate controlled; and there was urine on the asphalt at the entrance to our space. While we were unloading our van someone stole a bin we had placed beside our other car. Since you have to book online to get the best deal, i didn’t have the opportunity to go visit the premises beforehand. The only redeeming aspect about this place is the kind receptionist, Ellie.
Just rented a space to store my vehicle during the winter months. So far so good. Painless online application and process.
