I cant say enough about Abbott. We have a combo hot water heater/ boiler. Woke up last week with no hot water. I called 4 different places and no one could help. Either didn't work on the type we had, weren't licensed to work on it, list goes on. I called Gary at Abbott and he was able to diagnose OVER THE PHONE just by the sound it was making.
