Not knowing anything about the law I trusted Attorney Abbott to make the right decisions for me or at least counsel me on which decisions were better but instead I got an inexperienced lawyer that showed up more than an hour and 30 minutes late to a court date she knew about weeks in advance. During negotiations the prosecutor offered a plea deal and when I asked her what she thought I should do, she just shrugged “I don’t know, it’s up to you”. Turning out to be a terrible experience with her shes not showed to court 4 times on my friends case and never awnsered the phone, she waives probable cause hearings without consent, terrible public defender.
Ms. Abbott is an excellent attorney.
