We have been going to this doctor and practice for 13 years. While Dr. Abbott may be very straightforward and clinical, I have never felt like my children's and my health weren't her top priority. She has always had time to answer questions and address any concerns. They do not overbook appointments, the waiting room isn't full of patients waiting to be seen, and I don't think I have ever waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. We have and will continue to recommend this practice.

Saw my son on a Saturday when he was really sick with a fever and wheezing the night before and provided the care/prescription he needed to get better ASAP. I am grateful. My children go here happily.
The office and provider always take a long time to send out information. There is no communication at all.
She is cold. No emotion. She should not be working with children.
