Horrible management and association. The members of the banana republic board are corrupt and cheap and never fix anything and the fees disappear. Many things in disrepair and the building has failed the 40 year inspection. Nobody follows any rules. The place is always trashy. Something is always broken especially the elevators.
Excelente lugar con personas maravillosas, con muy mala administración pues el Board no representa los intereses de la mayoría de los dueños y no exige a la compañía de managerment por mantener informado a los dueños de sus acciones, como por ejemplo la sustitución de los elevadores y no hacen publico a los dueños la actualización mensual de la contabilidad y sus gastos. Estas actitudes me hacen sentir como si fuera un extraño en mi propiedad.

Es un lugar cercano a la playa y parque para correr y realizar almuerzo familiar fácil acceso a buenos restaurantes
