Absolutely awful customer service I tried to pay my bill and all I got was attitude. 1. They run from responsibility I was told they attempted to reach me several times and on my call log it only shows one call from them and when I called I was told that it was my phone that was the issue instead of them saying our phones must be messing up today they just went with mine was the problem 2.
