In September I was in a big accident. I had bad chest pains. I was banged up pretty bad. Two gentlemen saw my nervousness and pain. They prayed with me. So so grateful to them. The problem with the company is the billing on my phone every day! I keep telling them it’s a mixup between my auto insurance and Medicare. Waiting on a form from Medicare. It’s been very stressful.
I survived an random early morning home invasion with life threatening injuries in December 2023. Abbott transferred me from St. Elizabeth's Hospital to a Rehab center where I was for 3 weeks. The same Paramedics would visit me when they came to the same Rehab Center for patient transfers. Thank you Dylan K and Dahlia D. for checking in on me! That meant the world to me!!
I have had to use them 3 times now within about 2 months. The care itself was okay. They did take awhile to get there and then showed with no lights or sirens on all 3 visits. Now the main issue is their billing and customer service. I have found a few discrepancies with their billing over all 3 bills. I call to ask questions and their explanations to not make sense. If I could give negative stars, I would. Never contacted about a bill and sent to collections for a balance I wasn’t responsible for. Took months of calling to tell them (with my insurance company on the line) demanding them to take me out of collections since a) I was charged for something I wasn’t owed and b) wasn’t contacted about it. They said they would.
