I’m disappointed with my recent experience at Volkswagen service. It feels like the service techs don’t take clients’ concerns seriously. When I tried to explain the issues I was experiencing, I was met with excuses and attempts to downplay my concerns, often with the reasoning that “our techs have over 20 years of experience.” While experience is valuable, it does not replace listening to the customer or addressing the problem at hand. The service department at this dealership is extremely unprofessional. If you value your time and your car, avoid going there. From the service manager to the technicians and even the general manager, there is a clear lack of knowledge and concern for customer satisfaction.
Never rely on their inspections. I would have rated it with zero stars only if I could.
Best VW Dealership/Garage in the lower mainland! The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and capable. From purchasing my vehicle here in 2022, up until a very recent visit to the garage, all of my experiences with and at Abbotsford VW have been 10/10 experiences.
