I had a great experience dealing with Sammir and Lindsey they both helped me get into something ive always wanted. Lindsey in financing was amazingly helpful and explain why and how everything works so smoothly. would suggest that Lindsey get whatever she wants. she made me super comfortable with the whole process. and Sammir made everything happen. any questions were answered right away.
I called the Service department and they were extremely rude when I asked questions. The guy, he said he was Nick tried to refuse to tell me his name at first. He had started loudly arguing with me and complaining he was sick and the only one there. This isn't acceptable, they should treat every customer with kindness and respect.
I bought a Kia Soul 2014 on march 2024. It is a premium model with 143, 000 km, for which I paid a premium price (in fact, I am still on the second of a four years financing contract).
