I am a client and have observed days where there are 5 nurses working in my section that normally has 3 nurses. The next dialysis day there isn't enough nurses . Nobody in management seems to care that patients are stuck in chairs for longer than normal sitting times. I talked to the acting manager and her supervisor and didn't get a reasonable response. I've asked these people to give me information on who I can further my complaint too. No response from these supervisors
A big thank you to all the staff and nurses that cared for my brother when he visited here on several occasions. The care and understanding was excellent. Thank you all again. Even though he has departed this world I know that he was happy with the care he was given.
