I had a really positive experience with Carpet Court Abbotsford. The team took their time to help me choose the right carpet and floorboards, making the whole process stress-free. The installation went smoothly—staff arrived on time and did a fantastic job. I’m very happy with the result and would definitely recommend them!
Staff member was very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of different carpet materials and styles. Only giving 4 star since I havent experienced their install/product etc but can say the in store staff was very good (5/5 star for the sales guy).
Excellent service and carpet laying. Very happy with the customer care from Adam in store and the time spent laying the carpet by Chris. It looks great.
Had a few challenges with the installation of the flooring which I'm glad to say has now been fixed. The orignal installation team hadn't levelled the floor properly which meant there was a slope into the kitchen. There was some back and forth with the store before they agreed to re-install the flooring. The flooring has been reinstalled and is now level.
