We love this building, the apartments and the service! Highly recommend.
My GF and I have lived here for one year so far and have loved the location, layout of the apartment and the management. Aldin the landlord is always quick to respond to any issues and also just a good guy all around. Anytime we have someone come over they always say that the location is amazing and that its one of the coolest apartments they have been to in the area. We get a lot of natural light and the sliding window upstairs always lets in a nice breeze so we have never been too hot or too cold. Also having our apartment... read more
Absolutely loved this spot. A cool loft style apartment in one of the best parts of LA. Walking distance to the beach too. Would've stayed there forever if I could!
