There are no laundry facilities. The machine you use to put money on your card to use the washer and dryer is broken. They won't fix it. But advertise there are laundry facilities on site. There aren't any now. This needs to be fixed.
I lived in parkside apartments for 5 years with my wife and never had any serious issues. Once we were moved out we were informed that we owed over $2,000 for damages to the apartment. Of the damages listed they claim they have to repaint the bathtub which should fall under normal wear and tear and the cost should not be passed onto us. Also they claim the walls were black which is also not true there was a small spot in a room and thats it. All the cleaning should be covered by the cleaning fee. I have been a tenant at Park West in Greenville, SC since October 2018, so I am writing this review out of extreme frustration, so forgive me if I come off angry, because I am not. I worked.of Lexington Hills Apartments in Eagan MN when ******** who commented as well faced the issues with the ceiling she had. Ot WAS handled very badly with no offer of proper assistance. I asked and asked for help for them and Vanessa refused to accommodate them in any way. I also lived there. I was the 5th leasing agent she had gone through in a year's time. And I found out there was good reason she couldn't retain help. She was horrible to work for. She would show me how to do things and then when left to do them on m... read more

This management company does not care about you and will take care of their tenants. I pay rent on time or early every time. The apartment above me flooded which flooded my apartment. I had to clean a lot of it myself. They told me it was okay to leave me in an apartment with the ceiling crashing down in the living room and pieces of drywall falling on me while I shower. Management offered alternative arrangements for the night; If you are still in need- please reach out to the management team for assistance. Contact your insurance company should a claim be warranted.
I live in Park Square Apartments in SC. These apartments are not worth $1,200 month for a three bed room apartment. We don't even have a a washer or dryer in the apartment, when we first moved in the carpet was full of fleas and we are charged monthly for some to come a spray for bugs but I have never seen this person. We also get charged for risk mitigation but we don't have any security cameras and guards. Monument Real Estate Services... where do I begin? It's clear that this is a company driven solely by profits for itself and its investors, despite its website's proclamation that it provides "a true sense of home and community" for its residents.
