Blessed with an amazing maintenance man, Mr. John is knowledgeable, efficient and he has a great personality to interface with the residents of Abbington.
Absolutely amazing place to live, well kept and managed. I have been there a little over a month and my experience has been great, Pamela Ford is an amazing property manager, she is knowledgeable, patient and consistent.
I was NOT impressed. First of all I had a 11am appt. but could not get in the door to fill out the application. It's seems like a PRISON out in the middle of nowhere UP on a big hill. Not worth 622.00 per month. no gas station, store, etc. near by. And they want to much information from you as if you are interviewing for a JOB. Had to wait at the front door for a Manager to open it even though there was a CALL button that did'nt work. And why do they need a receipt from an ATM with your balance on it ?? And the MANAGER said ... read more
