My Mom made application to this apartment complex and they are saying they never received her Application fee It was attached with the completed Application form. Checking with Western Union they state the Money Order was deposited Jan 12, 2023. We have tried to contact the ON-Site Mgr/Main Office in SC CaHEC via email/telephone and can not get anyone to reply to our messages either by email or telephone. Clean, spacious living The property is well maintained and clean. Ive lived here 3 years and have had no issues.
Current tenant I have lived at Abbington Oaks for 3 years and I love my apartment. It took some adjusting to apartment living but I feel so safe and at home. The staff is so accommodating and Stan (maintenance) is awesome at getting to things in a timely manner. Sue stays on top of keeping things safe and doesn’t allow nonsense on the property. I would highly recommend Abbington Oaks apartments.
