My Mom made application to this apartment complex and they are saying they never received her Application fee It was attached with the completed Application form. Checking with Western Union they state the Money Order was deposited Jan 12, 2023. We have tried to contact the ON-Site Mgr/Main Office in SC CaHEC via email/telephone and can not get anyone to reply to our messages either by email or telephone.
