Decent place to live. Quiet and safe. Only complaints are the high utilities and rent of the management itself. Rent keeps going up even though it should be income based. We are only saving $95 as income based here i was told by Jan when i asked her how much we are actually saving. Doing that gives them more of your info like bank statements. They try to keep some of your deposit for cleaning even when you clean before a unit transfer beyond normal wear and tear. It's not tenants responsibility to pay them to professionally ... read more
