Decent place to live. Quiet and safe. Only complaints are the high utilities and rent of the management itself. Rent keeps going up even though it should be income based. We are only saving $95 as income based here i was told by Jan when i asked her how much we are actually saving. Doing that gives them more of your info like bank statements.
