As of the pass 2 years this has been one of the most horrific experiences & the management switch was the topper on the cake because they are too worried about improving landscape & painting false pictures to get new residents & not taking care of the residents & property's that are already established here NOW!!!!! On August the 15TH my AC stop working I'm putting the maintenance request to have the AC fixed I was told that I will be in WAITING "QUE" until the AC is fixed. c Currently AC unit is STILL not fixed , I am still without air conditioning. I do have a son that has medical conditions that breathing issues. We had to endure extreme room heat in 80 to 90° temperatures with the windows open there're causes bugs to enter into my home. coming from detroit these people are the biggest scammers i’ve ever met. they’ll let mold grow in the ceiling and then make YOU pay 3k to get out of a place that’s poisoning you. AND KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT WHILE CHARGING YOU FOR STUFF THEYRE SUPPOSED TO BE DOING ALREADY LIKE CLEANING THE CARPETS. I hope everyone involved in this scam gets the life they deserve. biggest losers club from the leasing office all the way to corporate.
Update: They put three evictions on our record how do we have three? They literally are going to rob you do not move here, apparently ever since the new management stuff has been going downhill with others and my family included. They are going to take everything you got and then kick you out. Everything you see about the bugs, the carpets the cracks,The management , all true. This place is literally the last option if you trying to move somewhere.
Don’t move here 3 murders in one year in the same part of the apartments is crazy. The owner sold it to the new owners and they are trash. They pick up the bodies and nothing is said Just go on like a regular day. Shootings are happening during the daytime, Seen one person bleeding out on my front lawn. No community watch no flyers put out for safety. No extra lighting no cameras nothing don’t move here.
