The community is well Kept and the staff is so welcoming, sweet and patient and responsive
The leasing manager will evict you even if you have the money. The lady is shady and disrespectful. She gives her tenants a hard time due to her husband leaving her from someone else. How do we know this? Because she vent this to her tenants.
Leasing manager Brenda Williams is shady, the units are falling apart because they don’t take care of them. Police stay driving through looking for trouble, and they raise the rent every year.
