Don’t ever live here unless you want your water heater leaking every 2 months and you have mold all in the closet and it’s leaking THROUGH THE WALLS. And they don’t care one bit
Do not even consider coming here, unless you want a ceiling light to fall on you!!!bugs in the apartment soon as you come in old tenants belong in the apartment unfinished paint jobs, everything is broke in the apartment and I haven’t even been in there for 6 days. Also none of the managers seem to be there they sent me to the regional manager and she seems not to care one bit took her multiple days to get back to me and didn’t even say sorry for that happening . Please do not move here
After moving out, a year after now I am trying to lease a different apartment that’s when I learned they kept my down payment and they charged me for inexistant fees. When I call to discuss it, that girl aggressively hung up in my face. 08/09/2025
Definitely would not recommend moving here. The walls are thin. Your calling maintenance every other day to put in work orders and for as much it is to stay here there shouldn’t be an issue with fixing anything. Every summer my AC goes out and I deal with breast cancer symptoms so being hot is not okay for my condition. But when they come fix it they always say it’s nothing wrong with the AC! It’s frustrating. And I’m pissed!
Military? RUN! Do NOT live here. Read the one star reviews and believe them.That's it that's all. They false advertise as well they do not have stainless steel appliances they also do not renovate the units upon move out even after 10+ years they do not upgrade a single thing. A lot of military and first responders new to the area get fooled by the photos. As a household falling under both umbrellas take heed and stay away from this complex.
