Current resident here. We’ve been dealing with a serious mold issue in our apartment, and management doesn’t seem to care at all. I submitted a work order several days ago and never received a follow-up. When I called the leasing office for updates, they gave me the regional manager’s email — I reached out, but still no response. Don’t ever live here unless you want your water heater leaking every 2 months and you have mold all in the closet and it’s leaking THROUGH THE WALLS. And they don’t care one bit
Do not even consider coming here, unless you want a ceiling light to fall on you!!!bugs in the apartment soon as you come in old tenants belong in the apartment unfinished paint jobs, everything is broke in the apartment and I haven’t even been in there for 6 days. Also none of the managers seem to be there they sent me to the regional manager and she seems not to care one bit took her multiple days to get back to me and didn’t even say sorry for that happening . Please do not move here
After moving out, a year after now I am trying to lease a different apartment that’s when I learned they kept my down payment and they charged me for inexistant fees. When I call to discuss it, that girl aggressively hung up in my face. 08/09/2025
