Once again, I am unable to park in front of where I live. The apartment complex has two parking lots, along with street parking on its side. I came home late from work again and had to look for parking far from my residence. It also seems that the apartment residents do not understand that they have their own parking lots. I have spoken to management about this issue three times now. The towing company for the complex has also been put on hold, so you cannot even call them for assistance. Do NOT recommend. Leasing office manager is rude. I verbally told someone in the office that I didn’t was to renew my lease, she did not have ma sign anything. So when I was about to move out I couldn’t because I was suppose to have signed a notice. Rent went up to 2000 dollars without notice. Manager tried to tell me that I got a letter, when I didn’t. Implied I was lying. I couldn’t pay 2000 dollars AND my new place, she had the nerve to tell me, well if I don’t want to mess up my sister credit (co signer) then I’d just pa... read more
MILITARY DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Lakeshore Apartments charges “luxury” prices for living conditions that were honestly unacceptable. During our time there, we dealt with repeated leaks, water damage, mold concerns, rotting wood, rats chewing through the walls, and maintenance issues that took forever to be addressed. Our fridge issue alone took weeks to properly handle. Many problems felt delayed, ignored, or temporarily patched instead of actually fixed. The property itself is poorly maintained. What a nightmare this past year has been. I lived on the townhome side and had mice in my home throughout the winter and all other types of rodents in my home. The property manager acted as if it was normal and I shouldn’t complain because they aren’t in the walls. Which I was told by maintenance on the apartment side the mice are even worse.
