Nasty place to live. My building (24TLC) constantly smells like old nasty cigarettes, weed, and lately, straight up sewage. Despite complaints to resident services and maintenance, nothing has been done to resolve these issues. If you don't want to live in pig sty, find a different apartment community!
Ms. Marie works in the office at Lakeshore @ Hampton Center apartment complex, in Hampton Virginia. Whenever I go into the office to speak to Ms. Marie about any problem I am experiencing she always greets me with a smile and reassures me the problem will be resolved. I’ve lived here for a month and so far the experience has been ok. I’m normally not a review person bt what I just experienced needs to be addressed . I contacted emergency maintenance because I have a leak in my sink that is creating a puddle in my kitchen . The maintenance guy who came (he refused to give his name), came and looked at it , and then proceeded to say he would come back tomorrow during regular business hours. OFFICE: I moved to this community nine months ago. When I drove to the leasing office, I noticed a pair of tennis shoes hanging from a phone line. I brought this to the attention of the leasing office in late March, but the shoes have not been removed. This is extremely unsightly and unappealing, especially when I have guests. Ever since new owners came in, the convenience fee for rent went up to $40 which is ridiculous. Can't wait until lease is up.
