I have finally found the time to give this complex my review…took possession of my apt in June and I must say the process was wonderful thanks to the staff especially Ms.Samantha Franklyn. She was always so available and accommodating to help me with any and all issues I had during the process of acquiring my apt, which I must say I am totally impressed and satisfied with. Update: Now the bug issue was resolved after months. I have a new issue that they dont care to address in a timely manner. They have since taken over a property called Lakeshore at Hampton Center in Hampton, Virginia. The property was already full of issues beforehand. However, I have been a tenant a little short of a year. Recently with the temperatures of 90 and above and a heat advisory my AC unit has gone out. I have placed a work order two weeks ago. I’ve lived here ever since this property was under the old management which it was great. Ever since they changed property managers it has been terrible. The manager at the leasing office makes it hard to break your lease. Once you tell them that you’re terminating your lease early their whole nice attitude just flips. Even their own employees complain about them. Let’s not talk about the maintenance. They never have the supplies to get it done. The maintenance personnel are nice people. Nasty place to live. My building (24TLC) constantly smells like old nasty cigarettes, weed, and lately, straight up sewage. Despite complaints to resident services and maintenance, nothing has been done to resolve these issues. If you don't want to live in pig sty, find a different apartment community!
Ms. Marie works in the office at Lakeshore @ Hampton Center apartment complex, in Hampton Virginia. Whenever I go into the office to speak to Ms. Marie about any problem I am experiencing she always greets me with a smile and reassures me the problem will be resolved.
