Our downstairs toilet plugged this evening but we quickly assessed it was probably a mainline plug since the upstairs toilets caused water to backup in the downstairs toilet. No toilets working or other plumbing available at 6pm throughout the house, crisis! Called Abbie's Plumbing and talked to Chris explained the issue and he laid out a plan and quote over the phone, reinforced the expectations for the afterhours call and mainline clog and said he'd throw his boots on and be here within an hour.
