his limo was out of AC and so old and smell so bad inside, was shame of them to send a car like that , i had to use them because no time to cancel or change , it is a prepaid and i had to go to the lobby with my fiancé it was a wedding party , they so bad , i do not recommend them to any one .
I would NOT even give them a single star!! This company is extremely unprofessional and I don’t know how they are still open. They were 2 hrs late for my husbands birthday celebration and we had 17 people at our house waiting for them. Nobody even called to let me know until I reached out to them when the driver was 15 mins late. After that, they didn’t even have an answer for me for at least 30 mins. Zero stars. I want to warn you that if you booked a rental with Abbie Party Bus you need to cancel your reservations IMMEDIATELY. I hired them as a surprise last year for my son’s graduation/prom and it was a terrible mistake. The service was very unprofessional. The vehicle arrived an hour late and the temperature outside was like a sweltering jungle. Not only that but the vehicle arrived unprepared: faulty air conditioning, no water, no ice. Our driver was late and he ran in to a low bridge with us in it did not check on any of us to see if anyone was hurt one girl flew in the floor and he continued to drive with the top of the bus flapping on the high way I was scared the whole way to Dallas from Ennis.
