if you are a small customer this company do not appreciate you. as per Mr. Ben; "I do not represent any profit for him". its seems they only want service contracts from big companies. I have been a customer of him for 15 years buying two or tree machines during that time. i had a service called on 3/9 to fix paper jammed and black line across. after two days black line came back i called on 3/17 to reservice the machine and never received call back, then 4/1 and was approach as a lyar for not calling back immediately. Absolute worst customer service. My business copier has been down for over a week after installing their toner and it came up with an error code. After calling for the third time the lady informed me I would have to pay for the visit and a new toner even tough we have a service contract. She why I am being snippy and I told her I have been trying for a week to get my printer working. She hung up on me and I have currently called repeatedly and they refuse to answer the phone.

Last year I was introduced to this company at a event. We have a copier from Abbiamo Copiers and my team and I are very satisfied. There service people are quick and know the inner workings of their machines very well. Quality copies every time as they make my business look great. We appreciate the service! Highly recommend for all of your copier needs!
