This was my first time ordering flowers from this store. The customer service was excellent and Adriana was truly helpful ordering an arrangement for a funeral service. The reason I am giving 3 stars is due to the arrangement not being what I expected. A few of the flowers were dead and the banner which goes across the standing arrangement was poorly made not to mention one of the names on the banner was spelled wrong. These things shouldn’t have happened when you are paying for a service.

I was invited to a funeral… I’ve called few places around that area with no call back or answer the day before the event. I totally forgot to follow up! Next day, on the day of the event, I just realized I am going empty handed… One of the only places open on a Sunday was Abbey’s. A gentleman named David helped me… In only TWO HOURS he arranged a gorgeous flower ( probably the nicest one there) and delivered it ON TIME for me. My man David and the staff at Abbey’s really delivered and help me big time!!!! Worth every penny! ... read more
