The Pulte team were great to work with, and built a quality home. Every point of contact was very communicative and helped create a good experience. There were some minor issues after closing that were missed during inspection, that wouldn't have been caught until living in the house, but otherwise I think the Pulte team and builds are great.
Shoddy construction due to cookie cutter cost reducing methods used to mass produce homes.
