Thank goodness for Abbey Tires! We pulled into Jonesboro with a flat tire due to a poor patch job by Mavis Tires. Had to stay in a hotel overnight, and the next morning, no tire shops had the tire I needed. Abbey Tires went out of their way to go get the tire I needed and replaced it within an hour! The guys were super sweet and very helpful. Great customer service!

I got a full set of brand new Hankook Kinergy GT tires installed, and everything was done right — mounted, balanced, and ready to go with no issues. Terrible Customer Service - Lost a Loyal Customer I had an awful experience with this tire shop. I called them to inquire about steer tires for my semi-truck. As soon as I greeted the person with a polite “Good morning,” they responded with a rude “WHAT DO YOU NEED?” without any courtesy. I mentioned the specific size I needed, and the response was simply "NO."
