I live in Texas and order my filters from Stephen rather than getting them locally. The price is comparable and his service is amazing. When we remodeled our kitchen, the contractors didn’t re-install the reverse osmosis system correctly. Stephen FaceTimed with me to help us hook everything back up properly. Recently, I had a leak from one of the filters and called him and he walked me through how to get it to stop. He is so gray and super kind! Highly recommend!!

They were able to supply hard to find parts to repair our water cooler. Pricing was fair and parts arrived marked so there was no question which valve went where. Would recommend to others and buy from again.
