Abbey completed our loft conversion in September 2025 in about 10 weeks. Abbey quoted us originally in December 2024 as we were requesting a start date of Summer 2025. The quote was spot on and there were no hidden extras when we completed in September 2025. Like all building projects, there were a few moments, but on the whole using Abbey Partnership to build our loft conversion has been a good positive experience. We are very happy with the outcome. Key to this was regular communication, whether F2F, using Whatsapp, or by phone call. Abbey undertook our loft conversion and renovated the first floor to create an enlarged family bathroom and new office room alongside a loft and en-suite. This also included a new roof. This has made a considerable change to our house in terms of space and well proportioned bedrooms. Abbey completed our loft extension including an en-suite bathroom and additional office storage area in Sprint 2024. The project went well and the onsite team worked hard to ensure we had a liveable upstairs for Xmas before resuming promptly in the new year to complete the job. We had some extras added along the way but Abbey dealt with everything and where there were minor issues, they responded promptly to fix things.
