Very poor customer service after buying expensive carpet first with bald spots from the manufacturer, then with hurried, bad 2nd installation which caused ripples mere months from install. Owner is belligerent with a foul temper who obviously didn't want to stand by the product he sells or the installers he employs. I will NEVER purchase from this establishment again and advise others not to as well.
