Everyone at Smiles is friendly and very professional. Came in today for semi-annual cleaning and was in and out within an hour. One special thing, every dentist office I’ve ever been in is super cold. This one included, but Smiles provides blankets!
Update as of 7/27/26 - All smiles at Smiles 4 Grant Park still! I’m grateful to have Dr. Lee as my dentist and have nothing but praise for the whole team. Update as of 10/8/24 - I continue to have great experiences with Smiles/Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee is compassionate, knowledgeable, and a great listener. Was a fine enough appointment until after my (rather aggressive) cleaning had ended, and Dr Lee came in to discuss my teeth. She started off by telling me that I need to see a dermatologist to remove a couple harmless on my neck, which I found unprofessional and rather insulting. She then spent the next 30 minutes at the tail end of an already hour long appointment fear mongering to me about how my teeth would deteriorate to the point of disgust without their proprietary, and extremely vague “treatment plan”. I had my first dental visit at Smiles 4 Grant yesterday, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Destiny, my dental assistant, was incredibly kind and welcoming. Helen, my dental hygienist, was wonderful—she explained every step of the exam and cleaning, what everything meant, and even gave me helpful advice for maintaining my dental health.
