Very professional dental care. Staff and Dr. Lee were on the same page every step of the way in replacing two crowns. From waiting room with Ms. Kimbrough and Nichole through the whole process was smooth. They work well with insurance, too.
My girlfriend had a very disappointing experience at this dental office, and unfortunately, the way she was treated by the practice manager, Ms. Kimbro, completely overshadowed what otherwise seemed like a friendly staff. Ms. Kimbro spoke to her in a rude, condescending, and belittling manner that was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Smiles 4 Grant Park is absolutely amazing! Dr. Lee and the entire staff are professional, friendly, and make every visit a great experience. The office is always clean, they're consistently punctual, and Ms. Kimbro is hands down the best, she truly goes above and beyond! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
5 years of exceptional service from Dr Lee. I really like the current dental assistant (Destiny?) she is very knowledgeable and its clear she gives great support to Dr Lee and her other associates. She is a gem.
