The office is quite small. They offer several different insurance policies that they offer. They offer car insurance among other things. There are only two ladies in the office to help customers so you sometimes have to wait to be helped. There are days that the customer service agents can be short with you, perhaps it?s because they are overworked. Also when I wanted to change the policy I had to come in or fax or email them the change I wanted to make. I emailed them and thought nothing of it since. They claimed they never received the email and I had to do it again and again. Finally the fourth email they finally received the changes. Follow up isn?t always the best either though the rates are inexpensive. I never had an accident with the policy so I don?t know how their response is to that. However for those looking for inexpensive auto insurance they can offer you a great deal that is cheaper then larger brands with compareable coverage.
PROS: Inexpensive insurance
CONS: A tad slow with customer service
