They sent a basic, plain one instead and still charged me the same price as the original elephant vase. The flowers were the same, but the whole presentation looked cheap and disappointing. I also asked them to include a special message for my friend who just gave birth — I even called to confirm — but they completely ignored it and didn’t include any message at all. Easy online ordering, then spoke with Abbey florist to make sure they knew what I needed. Delivery was great. Flowers were as beautiful as the online order photo. Beautiful.
What i thought was a good deal changed quickly at checkout. For a $40 small bouquet delivery they added a $37 service fee. Unless you want to pay double for whatever reasoning they come up with, go elsewhere.
Very upset with what was received for my loved ones funeral. What I ordered and what was delivered isn’t the same thing. I called as soon as I seen the flowers and was told it is the same as the photo. The only reason I ordered the one I ordered is because it had orange flowers in the picture and orange is my loved ones favorite color. There was absolutely no orange in the one they sent.
