0/10 — Worst experience ever! I ordered an arrangement with an elephant vase for around $100, but they changed the vase without even asking me. They sent a basic, plain one instead and still charged me the same price as the original elephant vase. The flowers were the same, but the whole presentation looked cheap and disappointing. I also asked them to include a special message for my friend who just gave birth — I even called to confirm — but they completely ignored it and didn’t include any message at all. Easy online ordering, then spoke with Abbey florist to make sure they knew what I needed. Delivery was great. Flowers were as beautiful as the online order photo. Beautiful.
